Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend solutions, enhancing legacy systems, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You’ll actively contribute to all phases of the SDLC — from design to deployment — while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement new features with clean, maintainable code.
Refactor legacy functionality for better performance and reliability.
Lead design discussions, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
Ensure disciplined engineering practices — testing, CI / CD, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and adopt the latest Java technologies.

Mandatory Skills :

Java (5–8 years), Spring, and Spring Boot

Microservices architecture

Message brokers : Kafka / RabbitMQ

Cloud platforms : GCP / AWS

Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable backend development.
