Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Endorsement Sales Specialist to independently drive revenue growth through talent endorsements and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a solid background in business development, preferably within the advertising, talent, or media agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the endorsement space.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain a strong professional network of clients, agencies, and brand decision-makers.
  • Research, analyze, and identify new business opportunities; pitch services and talent to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve business challenges and close deals efficiently.
  • Stay informed on trends, movements, and key developments in entertainment, media, and pop culture.
  • Recommend relevant brands and partners for endorsement opportunities based on talent profile and market alignment.
  • Prepare sales reports, client decks, and performance analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and outreach.

Requirements :

  • 6–10 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or brand partnerships—preferably in media, entertainment, or talent agencies.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with minimal supervision.
  • A fast learner who is solution-oriented, agile in thinking, and proactive in execution.
