Build strong and active relationships with clients (UHNI / Family Offices).Ensure quick resolution and keeping client informed about the progress for their transactions.Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.Proactively escalating potential issues / concerns.Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaise with various internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments / queries.Ensuring account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.Ensuring internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.Suggesting internal process improvements.Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and acting as a sole point of contact for RM’s, Clients and the Operations Team.Mandatory Requirement :
