- Proven knowledge of travel desk operations and travel management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in using travel booking platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportationManage the travel desk and ensure availability to assist employees with travel-related inquiries and issuesCollaborate with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best dealsEnsure compliance with company travel policies and guidelinesProvide support to the Assistant Travel Desk Manager or Travel Desk Manager in implementing travel programs and initiativesMaintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursementsAssist employees with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related documentationHandle any travel-related emergencies or disruptions, and provide alternative solutions as neededStay up to date with travel industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve travel processesAccommodation is provided
