Qualification : Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Industry Background : TPIA, QA / QC, PMC, LSTK, or Manufacturing Unit

Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee inspection operations, team management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in quality and inspection roles within a technical services or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of inspectors or operational staff.
• Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules as per project / client requirements.
• Ensure inspections comply with industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation including inspection reports and IRNs.
• Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding inspection activities.
• Evaluate and improve current inspection processes for better efficiency and quality.
