Job Description
- Experience on infra support involving windows servers, datacenter, VMs.
- Knowledge on windows active directory, identity & access management. User access management on windows servers.
- Strong Knowledge on ITIL process, hands on tools like ServiceNow.
- Automation tools like Tanium, MFOO, SCCM, Ansible (optional)
- MS SharePoint, able to navigate and maintain documentation.
- Handle Incidents, p1 major INC calls, troubleshoot issues on access and servers.
- Good hands on MS office tools, Excel (Mandatory).
- Data handling and reporting, PowerBI (optional)
- Good Communication (calls, email, chat support) Mandatory
- Willing to work in US shift timings, night shifts and rotational shift (24 / 7 support), weekend on-call support
- Handle escalations and able to work under pressure.
- No WFH option. Need to work from DLF ODC.
