Job description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of work experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in crafting compelling static visuals across digital and print platforms, with a strong design aesthetic tailored to Travel, Lifestyle, and Beauty clients.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

Study design briefs and understand client requirements thoroughly
Schedule and prioritize projects while managing time and resource constraints
Conceptualize and create engaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines
Prepare design drafts and present creative ideas to internal teams or clients
Design and develop a variety of static assets, including :

Emailers & Newsletters

Social Media Posts & Banners

Illustrations & Infographics

Print creatives such as brochures, posters, and packaging

Ensure final outputs are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and delivered on time

Required Skills & Tools :

Strong proficiency in :

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

InDesign

Good sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and brand aesthetics

Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate revisions swiftly

Exposure to client-facing design discussions is a plus.
