Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Fountain Hills Technologies | Coimbatore, TN (US Market Focus)

Position Overview

Fountain Hills Technologies is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3–5 years of proven success in outbound sales, business development, or inside sales, especially targeting the US market. If you are a driven professional who thrives in outbound prospecting, enjoys building genuine relationships, and has the resilience to succeed in a competitive space, this is your opportunity to become a pivotal part of our growth journey.

What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you will be the growth catalyst for our US-focused cybersecurity sales operations. You’ll :

Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry tools).

Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client needs, transforming complex solutions into simple, relatable messages.

Drive market discovery calls and diligently qualify leads for our Account Executives.

Manage and nurture a high-quality pipeline in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.

Schedule qualified discovery meetings and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Stay current with cybersecurity market trends, competitive shifts, and emerging opportunities.

Who Should Apply

This role is designed for professionals who :

Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales, primarily in the US market.

Demonstrate sustained success in qualifying leads, setting appointments, and meeting / exceeding quotas.

Are passionate communicators—confident, fluent in English, and able to build rapport with senior executives.

Adapt quickly, possess a tech-savvy approach, and love working with sales automation / CRM platforms.

Thrive in high-velocity environments, embracing feedback and persistence.

Freshers or those with less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Senior sales professionals with over 7 years’ experience seeking managerial or strategic roles.
