Digital Campaign Coordinator

About the Role :

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our media buying team by managing campaign operations, account setup, and internal tool workflows. This role goes beyond data entry—it requires ownership of marketing execution processes, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth operations across ad accounts, email accounts, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, reliable, and eager to grow within a performance marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in Google Ads and other ad account setup including budgets, campaign inputs, and account hygiene.
• Perform data mapping and entry within our in-house marketing tools for accurate tracking.
• Create and manage email accounts linked with advertising platforms.
• Handle logins, credentials, and 2FA security processes securely and systematically.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports in internal systems.
• Support the media buying team with campaign execution tasks, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve any access, account, or platform-related issues.
• Follow strict security and confidentiality protocols in all marketing operations.
