Full-stack Software Engineer (React & Node.js)

Position Overview :

We’re looking for a passionate Full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing product development team in Kolkata . The candidate must be based in Kolkata or a nearby location , as this is an on-site position.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product professionals to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that power our next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Develop robust and maintainable backend systems and APIs using Node.js and modern server-side frameworks.
• Architect and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and team standards.
• Conduct peer code reviews, share feedback, and help maintain a strong engineering culture.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments, monitor system health, and enhance reliability.
• Explore and recommend emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve our stack.
