Key Responsibilities :
HubSpot Implementation and Optimization :
- Set up and integrate HubSpot for new clients, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub to enhance client outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies for clients to effectively utilize HubSpot to achieve business objectives.
Client Training and Support :
Conduct online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet on HubSpot features and best practices.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients leverage HubSpot effectively.Create training materials and documentation to support client adoption and learning.Strategic Consultation :
Understand clients' business objectives and provide guidance on using HubSpot to meet goals.Analyze client data to offer insights and recommendations for improving HubSpot performance.Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Development) to deliver integrated client solutions.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.Core Competencies / Requirements :
HubSpot Expertise :
Proven experience (3-5 years) implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.Deep understanding of HubSpot features with a successful track record of client implementations.Communication and Training :
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships.Proficiency in conducting online training sessions (Zoom, Google Meet).Analytical and Strategic Skills :
Strong data analysis skills to drive strategy and decision-making.Ability to create and execute strategies that align with client business objectives.Project and Client Management :
