Designation – Paid Media ExecutiveExperience : 2+ years (Agency Experience)Location : Mumbai (Preferable local candidates)Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & ManagementAssist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.Implement keyword strategies, ad copy creation, extensions, bidding adjustments, and A / B tests.Ensure campaigns go live with accurate tracking, budgets, and targeting settings.Maintain hygiene checks—negative keywords, search query analysis, ad disapprovals, and bid updates.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack daily campaign performance across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and quality score.Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.Execute bid management strategies and pacing plans to meet monthly targets.Analytics & ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate performance and ensure alignment on KPIs.Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards for analysis.
