Job Description :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting various HR functions, and ensuring smooth execution of people-related processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process (sourcing, scheduling interviews, documentation).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and leave / attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
- Draft HR letters, contracts, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal process.
- Work closely with managers to address workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.
