Role

You will research the market and competitors, request raw property photos / videos from Arvin, and handle ideation → editing → posting → optimization on your own. Arvin is the face - you are the execution engine.

Responsibilities

Self-research Arvin’s listings + market trends + top realtor content

Create viral, scroll-stopping reels (CapCut + AI avatar + AI voice + native subtitles)

Localize reels into multiple languages : Filipino, Mandarin (Simplified Chinese), Moroccan Arabic (Darija), French, Punjabi, Gujrati, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Tamil + more

Post listings across : FB, IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest Pins / Boards, YouTube, Pinterest

Optimize for watch time, saves, shares, and inbound leads

Adapt fast as Arvin expands into new business verticals

AI Requirements

Build reels at scale using Arvin’s avatar / clone

Use AI for : voiceovers, subtitles, visuals, trend research, and localization

No asking what to make - you bring creative ideas that go viral

Retention, shares, saves, follower growth, speed of execution, and leads generated from reels.

Base : ₹35K - ₹65K INR (skill-based)

Check current house listing photos / videos from Arvin profiles or realtor.ca profile, research the listings and market, and deliver a 15-35 sec viral reel using Arvin’s avatar, voice, or multilingual version to show range. Surprise with creativity.
