Continuous Improvement : -

• Ensure effective Continuous Improvement program management for Digha in terms of full integration of the Continuous improvement philosophy / training (e.g. Kata, Kaizen, 4C) across site operations.
• Support the identification, prioritization and implementation of Endo Digha Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to improve effectiveness of site processes through defined objective driven A3s.
• Gemba : Design, develop and implement Gemba Leader Standard Work to drive behavior and performance at both employee and leader level
• Ensure Continuous Improvement standards, tools and learnings (e.g. A3 DMAIC, Kata, Kaizen, 8D / 4C) are being used and sustained for daily structured problem solving and improvement.
• Maintain the Digha Culture of Excellence training program, manage finances and administer the India overall Culture of SharePoint.
• Communicate progress and share achievements of the program online and share best practice’s with other global site’s through the Community of Practice Program
• Use stakeholder feedback to continuously improve site Learning and Development systems and program
