Job Description :
As a member of the Microchip FPGA Solutions team, the candidate will be working for developing Video and Image processing algorithms, Video Interface protocols and Computer Vision for Microchip FPGA applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing RTL designs targeted for Microchip FPGA family of devices and play a critical role in providing a roadmap for Video solutions and corresponding IPs such as MIPI, HDMI, DDR interface and advanced image processing IPs for the Microchip products, put together design documents, code in RTL using good coding standards, put together functional simulation and validation plans, run functional simulations and validate designs on Microchip or customer hardware.
The candidate should have strong RTL (VHDL / Verilog) coding skills, digital design concepts and should be willing to take challenging tasks and learn new technologies.
