Your Mission Own end-to-end research initiatives that push the frontiers of machine learning and ship as production-grade solutions. You’ll set technical direction, mentor talent, and turn breakthrough ideas into products that matter.

What You’ll Do Lead Research

Frame research questions, design experiments, and publish / present at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.). Invent & Build

Prototype novel algorithms in PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX, then guide them through scaling and deployment. Mentor & Multiply

Coach junior scientists and engineers, run internal workshops, and elevate team best practices. Collaborate

Partner with product and engineering teams to align research with roadmap, and with academia / open-source to stay ahead. Ship at Scale

Harden proofs-of-concept into reliable, cost-efficient ML pipelines running in production.

What You Bring Education

PhD / MS / exceptional BTech in CS, ML, or related field. Track Record

1-5+ years leading ML research with peer-reviewed publications or patents. Deep Toolkit

Expert in Python, one or more major DL frameworks, and large-scale data handling. Systems Mindset

Experience moving models from notebooks to GPUs / TPUs to production services. Communication & Leadership

Able to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences and inspire teams. Bonus Points

Open-source contributor, start-up product background, or work in temporal / multimodal modeling.
