Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in domestic and international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including tendering, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align sales strategies with company capabilities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market positioning.
• Present periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
