Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Accounting, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audits and financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
1) Preparation of financial statements, Pay Rolls of employees.
2) Budget preparation and monitoring,
3) Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
4) Record and manage daily financial transactions in web Based Software.
5) Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations Line & Agency.
6) Prepare monthly GST workings, TDS returns, and assist in statutory filings.
7) Timely deduction and deposit of PF, TDS and gratuity payments
8) Process accounts payable and receivable reports Line & Agency
9) Support the annual audit process.
10) Having knowledge of foreign remittance 15CA / 15CB.
