This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Lead Developer at Mel Systems & Services Ltd., located in Chennai. The Python Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the back-end web development, designing and developing software applications, ensuring code quality, and implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. The candidate will also be involved in database management, collaborating with other team members, and providing technical support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills
• Experience with Databases and database management systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a lead developer role is a plus
