Description :
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into working solutions.
- Manage platform upgrades, module enhancements, and performance optimization.
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.Proven experience in full lifecycle (end-to-end) ServiceNow implementation.Expertise in at least three of the following ServiceNow modules :
1. ITSM (IT Service Management)
2. ITOM (IT Operations Management)
3. CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
4. HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
5. SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration approaches.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have :
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or Architect certifications).Experience working in Agile environments.(ref : hirist.tech)
