Role Overview : As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their journey with TappAV. From managing inbound sales calls to closing deals and collaborating with our pre-sales and technical teams, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience.

Responsibilities : Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries, helping customers find the right products and services.Drive

sales closures

by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.Keep CRM tools up-to-date with inquiry details, status updates, and notes on interactions.Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to address customer queries and technical discussions.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are thoroughly analyzed to match the right services and products.

Ideal Candidate : Strong communication skills

with a customer-first mindset.Experience in

inbound sales

and relationship-building.Graduate in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringFamiliarity with

CRM tools

for tracking and updating inquiries.Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and pre-sales teams to address complex customer queries.Enthusiasm for AV products and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
