1. Should be an experienced electrical technician to do wiring, conducting, DB setup, fixing the lights etc. for a new villa / building.

2. Should be able to do the electrical maintenance for existing buildings / houses / layout.

3. Should be able to repair the motors / electrical appliances etc.

4. Should be able to do wiring / DB setup for residential layouts.

5. Should be able to help with civil construction works

6. If any knowledge in plumbing is added advantage.

7. Should be able to speak in hindi, kannada, telugu, english.

8. If any knowledge in welding is added advantage.
