About Masters’ Union

Masters’ Union is a new-age undergraduate school at the intersection of business and technology. About the Role

We are looking for a senior leader to head our B2B Partnerships & Alliances, someone who can strategically connect Masters’ Union with the corporate, institutional, and industry ecosystem to take our brand and student outcomes to the next level.

This individual will lead Masters’ Union’s engagement with top organizations, CXOs, and ecosystem partners, driving partnerships that unlock opportunities for students, enhance brand equity, and strengthen our industry linkages.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep relationship-building skills, business strategy acumen, and a proven record of leading high-impact collaborations across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Brand Alliances

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B partnership strategy that expands Masters’ Union’s corporate and institutional network.

Forge alliances with leading organizations, startups, and industry bodies for joint initiatives, including thought leadership programs, co-branded events, and innovation partnerships.

Strengthen Masters’ Union’s presence across industries through sustained brand collaborations and ecosystem engagement.

Career Outcomes & Student Opportunities

Work closely with the Career Services and Experiential Learning teams to build a robust pipeline of corporate partnerships for internships, placements, and live projects.

Cultivate long-term hiring relationships and employer partnerships with leading organizations.

Facilitate engagement opportunities such as corporate immersion programs, mentorships, and industry bootcamps.

Ecosystem Development & External Relations

Build and manage relationships with government bodies, chambers of commerce, academic institutions, and global organizations to enhance institutional reach and credibility.

Represent Masters’ Union at key industry events, panels, and forums to strengthen institutional thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For Education :

MBA from a top-tier business school (India or global)

Experience :

7-10 years of experience in B2B partnerships, strategic alliances, corporate relations, or business development in sectors such as education, consulting, technology, or enterprise services.

Proven track record of building and scaling senior-level corporate partnerships.

Strong network across industries and ability to engage effectively with CXOs, HR and business heads.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
