Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and the overall development of HR initiatives that support our mission of providing quality healthcare.
LOCATION : MUMBAI ( MALAD EAST)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the hospital.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Support current and future hospital staffing needs through proactive talent acquisition.
- Provide support to management on human resource-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to develop action plans.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Prepare and maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5-7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and analysis.Skills Required
