OpenText Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Server Administration : Expert in OpenText Content Server administration, including user / group permissions and metadata management.
• Directory and Archive Management : Administer OpenText Directory Services and OpenText Archive Center.
• Extended ECM & Workflow Development : Support Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors, develop workflows, and configure OpenText Smart UI.
• PowerDocs and Template Development : Develop templates using OpenText PowerDocs and support template design initiatives.
• Records and Metadata Management : Expert knowledge in OpenText Records Management and metadata management.
• SAP SuccessFactors Integration : Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related integration points with OpenText.
• Reporting : Develop and maintain OpenText Web Reports.
• User Support and Permissions : Configure user access, groups, and permissions following best practices.
