Position Title : SAP SF Compensation Consultant (Contract - Remote - Immediate) role

Experience Level : 8+ Years

Contract

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Location : Remote / WFH

Shift Timings : US Shift - 11 : 30 pm - 8 : 30 am

Technical Skills Required :

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay :

  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Compensation module components including :
  • Compensation Plans and Plan Templates
  • Pay Components and Eligibility Rules
  • Merit, Bonus, Stock, and Variable Pay cycles
  • Compensation Worksheets and Manager / Employee Self-Service interfaces
  • Workflow and approval process setup
  • Currency and exchange rate configuration

Experience with Variable Pay module implementation including :

  • Configuring incentive and bonus plans
  • Target setting and attainment calculations
  • Payout rules and integration with payroll
  • Strong knowledge of compensation data model, matrix setup, and budget management.
  • Experience configuring Compensation dashboards and reports.
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP) :

  • Expertise in designing and managing RBP roles to safeguard sensitive compensation and variable pay information.
  • Ability to configure access control across organizational hierarchy and user groups.
  • People Analytics :

  • Proficient in building Story Reports and dashboards to analyze compensation distribution, bonus allocations, and variable pay performance.
  • Experience delivering actionable insights through compensation and variable pay analytics.
  • Employee Central & Integration Center :

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with experience in integrating compensation data with EC core HR data.
  • Hands-on experience using Integration Center for data imports, exports, and process automation between SAP SF modules and external systems.
