About the Role

At Wiselife, India’s first yoga brand, we’re on a mission to make yoga and wellness accessible, inspiring, and a part of everyday living. As an Influencer Marketing Expert, you will be at the forefront of building authentic connections with creators who share our passion for wellness.

Main Responsibilities

• Influencer Identification & Onboarding : Research, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
• Negotiation & Coordination : Manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Creative Briefs & Scripts : Develop influencer briefs, scripts, and content guidelines aligned with brand objectives and campaign narratives.
• Campaign Execution : Oversee influencer content creation, approvals, and posting schedules to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new platform opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer initiatives with social media, paid ads, and events.
