Cyberark lifecycle management engineer

Freelance role for 18 months, remote working.

Cyber Security Professional (Cyber Ark Specialist – 5 Years Experience, Remote – India) We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Professional with strong expertise in Cyber Ark lifecycle management to support the secure administration, monitoring, and optimisation of privileged access across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Cyber Ark experience and preferably hold a Cyber Ark certification .

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end Cyber Ark lifecycle activities, including onboarding, provisioning, maintenance, and deprovisioning of privileged accounts.

Administer and optimise Cyber Ark components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and EPV policies.

Monitor privileged access usage, conduct periodic access reviews, and ensure full compliance with security standards.

Investigate and resolve Cyber Ark-related incidents, service requests, and performance issues.

Implement best practices for PAM security, hardening, and ongoing platform improvements.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate and secure privileged access across systems.

Required Experience & Skills : Minimum 5 years of Cyber Ark PAM experience , covering full lifecycle management. Hands-on experience managing Cyber Ark modules (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA).

Strong understanding of IAM / PAM concepts, credential rotation, policy management, and privileged session monitoring.

Experience with onboarding Windows, Linux, databases, and application accounts.

Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).

Cyber Ark certification (CDE, Trustee, Defender, Sentry, or other) preferred.
