Job Description : We are urgently seeking skilled MEP BIM professionals / detailer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with international projects, particularly in the US construction industry. Expertise in Dynamo is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage BIM models for MEP disciplines.
• Collaborate with Construction team to integrate BIM models across various project stages.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop MEP shop drawings, building services coordination drawings.
• Update Revit 3D model based on 2D shop drawing input.
• Clash detection using Autodesk construction cloud.
• Ensure BIM models meet all required standards and specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and tools.
