About Us
EPIC Investment Partners (“EPIC”) is a global financial services platform with 250 people across four integrated divisions Capital, Markets, Administration and Advisory.
EPIC was founded in 2001 by Giles Brand and Hiren Patel, financial services entrepreneurs with backgrounds in private equity. Business building is at the heart of everything we do. We understand the commercial drivers of success and how to support them by allocating capital actively and appropriately. We put our clients first at all times.
Our integrated approach supports corporates, entrepreneurs and investors by providing access to capital, advice and administration services across our four divisions :
- Capital : patient and flexible private capital encompassing early-stage investing, private equity and SPACs. £100 million assets under management (“AuM”).
- Markets : fund management platform with £250 million AuM across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Managed Futures strategies.
- Administration : full-service outsourced administration platform encompassing Fund Services, Corporate Services and Legal Advertising and Public Notice services. £3 billion assets under administration.
- Advisory : discrete and independent advice to corporates, families and institutions on large and small transactions ranging from £25 million to £1 billion in value.

Key Responsibilities :
Learning strategy and curriculum
Drive the development and delivery of the learning curriculum for EPIC Administration, India to support the performance of the business and enable talent management strategies for the growth and development of employees.Work with business heads team leaders and EPIC’s HR team to design and deliver learning plans for all segments of the India business (headcount c.160) with clear learning objectives connected to current and emerging business needs.Integrate learning and development into onboarding and promotion processes with a focus on embedding procedures and content that can be rolled out as ‘off the shelf’ modules, as well as delivery of bespoke training in response to business needs when required.Develop and leverage partnerships and networks with trusted external learning providers and institutions where relevant;stay up to date on learning trends and best practices.
Continuously monitor impact and feedback from learning interventions and adjust approach or content accordingly, in consultation with relevant stakeholders and aligned with any changes in market trends or business strategy.Operations
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on L&D KPIs as agreed with the Manager, HR and the Group Talent Director for inclusion in board packs, including attendance records and feedback.Input to annual budget process;manage L&D budget within agreed parameters, escalating requests for budget where required and ensuring payment to vendors are completed on time.
