Key Responsibilities :

Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals.

Manage and maintain candidate documentation (Document Management Coordinators / Care Management Coordinators).

Stay in regular contact with potential candidates and hiring managers.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to align expectations and processes.

Participate in job fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.

Collaborate with staffing agencies and external partners when required.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong understanding of the US healthcare recruitment process.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Flexibility to work in EST timezone.
