Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction :
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries from customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Issue Resolution :
Resolve customer complaints or queries effectively within the defined SLA.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up.Qualifications
Essential :
Graduate / Under-Graduate.0-3 years of experience in Customer Service (International Voice process).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.Multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and typing skills.Good to have :
Experience from BFSI, Health Care, Aviation, Ecommerce with be an additional advantage.What you get?
