Seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing mobile engineering team of 10–12 engineers responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing multi-platform mobile applications for a rapidly growing SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with near-architect-level expertise, strong ownership, and a fast-paced startup mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand a cross-functional mobile engineering team spanning iOS, Android, and cross-platform technologies.
• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for mobile architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and extensibility.
• Contribute production-quality code and establish engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and deep technical discussions.
• Partner closely with Product, Backend, Design, and QA teams to execute roadmap initiatives with precision and speed.
• Drive architectural modernization efforts that promote modularity, maintainability, and long-term platform agility.
• Define and enforce engineering processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks that enable rapid iteration while maintaining stability.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the mobile engineering team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, capability building, and project delivery forecasting.
