Last Mile Delivery Executive

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 2–6 years | Employment Type : Full-time (Night Shift : 10pm to 7am)

Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and enjoys solving real-world delivery challenges? Join our growing Operations team as a Last Mile Executive , where you'll play a key role in driving seamless B2B and B2C deliveries.

About the Role :

As a Last Mile Executive, you’ll coordinate last mile dispatches, monitor delivery performance, resolve on-ground issues, and work closely with delivery partners to ensure high service levels. This is a critical role ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily dispatches with 3PL and internal fleet teams
• Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve exceptions / escalations
• Ensure timely pickups / deliveries as per SLAs
• Support route planning and suggest on-ground improvements
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams for smooth order flow
• Maintain MIS reports and support performance dashboard creation
• Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor performance reviews
