Logistics Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Supervisor, located in Akola. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations, including managing transport schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with teams for smooth operational workflows. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Timing - 10am to 6pm

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively oversee and guide team members
• Basic Excel skiils
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Management to optimize processes and ensure smooth logistics workflows
• Customer Service expertise to address client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Proficiency in Inventory Management for tracking and maintaining stock levels
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
