Job Description – Creative Specialist
Location - Bangalore
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Specialist to join our Bangalore office. In this role you will convert marketing / brand briefs into high-quality visual and content assets across digital, print, OOH, experiential and social media channels. You’ll closely collaborate with brand, media planning, client services and design teams to deliver on-brand and on-time creative work in a fast-moving agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret briefs and develop creative concepts (visual + content) aligned with brand strategy, campaign goals and channel formats.
- Design & produce creative assets : digital banners, social posts / reels, motion graphics / video shorts, print collateral (newspapers, flyers, hoardings), OOH and experiential assets.
- Work with media-planning and buying teams to ensure creative formats, specs (size, bleed, resolution), channel-optimisation and production readiness.
- Maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Manage end-to-end production of creative assets : ideation → design → review → delivery & handover.
- Monitor performance (where applicable) of creatives (e.g., engagement, click-throughs, conversions) and iterate on creative approach.
- Stay updated on design / digital trends (motion graphics, social formats, interactive content) and proactively propose innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams (copywriters, UX / Ui, designers), external vendors / printers and clients as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or similar.Experience :
2-5 years in a creative / design role in an agency or in-house brand scenarioStrong portfolio showing a range of design executions — digital, social, print and ideally motion graphics / video.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and preferably motion / video tools (After Effects, Premiere).Good understanding of digital media formats, social media first visuals, print workflows, OOH / experiential specs.Excellent visual storytelling : typography, layout, colour theory, imagery, copy / design integration.Strong communication & collaboration skills : able to present creative rationale, receive feedback, iterate.Well-organised, able to manage multiple deliverables and strict deadlines in an agency context.Adaptability and willingness to experiment with new tools and formats.Preferred / Value-adds
Experience in an integrated agency environment (creative + media + brand).Motion graphics or animation experience.Experience working on larger scale print / OOH campaigns as well as digital / social campaigns.Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, engagement, etc.) and using creative insights to optimise assets.Exposure to UX / UI basics or interactive formats.Scope
Scope : Works on multiple simultaneous campaigns, may coordinate with junior designers / assistants or external vendors.Performance metrics : on-time delivery, creative quality, brand consistency, asset performance (digital), production efficiency.
