Chief Information Security Officer

Description : Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security CISO (Installation & Operation) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for cybersecurity initiatives across service delivery and infrastructure environments.

The role requires deep technical and governance knowledge in cybersecurity processes, tools, and frameworks, combined with strong collaboration skills to guide Service Delivery and Architecture teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all solutions, operations, and architectures align with organizational security standards, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide cybersecurity leadership and guidance during the installation and operational phases of services and solutions.
• Support and consult Service Delivery Management teams to ensure alignment with established security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to define and implement secure architectures and integrations.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent protection across operational environments.
• Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks, enabling the business to operate securely while supporting innovation and agility.
• Advise on the integration of security tools and processes within existing and new service environments.
• Promote a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management across delivery and operations teams.
• Stay informed on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance mandates to continuously enhance the organizations security posture.
