What’s the role?

We’re looking for a managerto join the Consumer Division. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering risk data assets that support reporting and insights for the division. This means solving complex data and reporting challenges in a way that’s simple, scalable, and reusable. You’ll design and implement enterprise-grade data solutions, manage data lifecycles, and ensure reporting frameworks are efficient and reliable.

You’ll lead the delivery of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Power Apps, automate risk profiles and key indicators, and develop metrics that act as early warning signals for potential risk or control issues.

Your work will help business leaders identify increasing risk or decreasing control effectiveness before incidents occur.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need :

• Strong experience in data architecture, design, and reporting within a complex organisation.
• Proficiency in tools and languages such as SQL, PL / SQL, Python, R, UNIX scripting, and platforms like Teradata, Tableau, and Power BI tools.
• Ability to develop and automate dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Experience in risk, compliance, or governance within financial services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
