About the Role :

We’re looking for a powerhouse Executive Producer someone who knows how to take a brief and turn it into gold. From big brand films to fast-turnaround digital content , you’ll lead projects across the entire content funnel -top, mid, and bottom. You’ll be the bridge between creative, production, and business -ensuring we deliver great work, profitably and consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Own and run the entire production lifecycle - from script to screen.
• Collaborate with creative, post, and brand teams to shape film ideas that sell.
• Build and nurture relationships with agencies, clients, and brand teams to bring in new projects.
• Curate and manage a director roster matching the right talent to every brief.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, execution, and quality ensuring every project is on time and on point.
• Lead a production team that thrives on collaboration, hustle, and creative ambition.
• Spot opportunities for content innovation live, digital-first, AI and help us grow the business in new directions.
