Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, user-centric web applications that set benchmarks for usability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React and Next.js .
• Deliver clean, modular, and efficient code while maintaining scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Web services efficiently.
• Conduct thorough code reviews , implement unit and integration tests , and ensure CI / CD compliance .
• Drive adoption of best practices in accessibility, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality.
