Location : Thane / Pune / Chembur

Shift-Dayshift / 6days working with Sunday fixed off

1.For HR Executive :

Salary- For Hr executive (upto 3lpa-3.60lpa)

for HR executive _ 1-2yrs of experience

Recruitment Role

Loc : Chembur / Thane

2.For Sr .Hr (Upto 5lpa -6lpa)

min 3-5yrs of exp is mandate

Notice : Immediate Joiners only

recruitment Role

Loc : Thane Only

3.Designation : AM HR

Qualification : Graduate

Salary : upto 6-7LPA

Exp : Min 4-6yrs

Loc : Pune (BANER)

Notice period : Immediate only

(for Assistant Manager role we are hiring for Pune Location (Baner) / HR Recruitment (80%) & HR Operations (20%)

Key Responsibilities for (Jr & Sr. HR- Mumbai) :

90% recruitment & 20 % Operation role

End to End recruitment process, selection, joining formalities, exit formalities

Screening, interviewing, offer letter making.

Manage employee lifecycle processes

Portal usage(Naukri / LinkedIn / Apna jobs)

onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance

Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities for (Am- Hr Pune ) :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across

departments (Non-IT as applicable)

  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines
  • accordingly

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals,
  • agencies, and campus hiring

  • Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targets
  • Maintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source
  • effectiveness

  • Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentiality
  • Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • 2–7 years overall relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to
  • managing hiring across multiple functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
