About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in automation, GenAI integration, and modern test frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with a deep understanding of scalable automation strategies to enhance product quality, speed, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Design reusable CSS templates for website pages — optimizing background, positioning, text, borders, margins, and padding.

Apply performance optimization techniques (e.g., sprites) to reduce page size and improve load times.

Develop responsive UIs using React JS , leveraging components, forms, events, keys, router, animations, and Flux concepts.

Implement single-page navigation using React-Router, drag-and-drop features with React-Draggable, and autocomplete search integrated with Google Maps API.

Consume SOAP and RESTful APIs for large XML / JSON datasets; use Node.js as a proxy for RESTful services with PostgreSQL.

Apply OOP principles to create reusable UI components; maintain code versioning with Git / GitHub .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including testing, product, and business teams — for seamless issue resolution.

Work with AWS integration and Docker , building and deploying Docker images for efficient application deployment.

Lead the development of AI-driven automation solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and AWS , achieving up to 30% operational efficiency improvement .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design machine learning models to solve business problems.

Conduct data analysis and feature engineering using Pandas and NumPy to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Must-Have Skills ✅ 7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Automation Testing

✅ Strong hands-on experience with React JS, Node.js, Python, TensorFlow

✅ Proficiency in REST / SOAP API automation

✅ Experience with AWS & Docker

✅ Strong background in AI / GenAI-based automation frameworks

✅ Version control with Git / GitHub

✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Experience ⭐ Experience building end-to-end automation pipelines integrating GenAI models.

⭐ Strong understanding of web performance optimization and responsive UI testing .

⭐ Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Cloud deployment (AWS) .
