Sales & Lead Generation Expert
- Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and generate new leads.
- Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up diligently with prospective clients to address questions, close deals, and encourage repeat business.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives through consistent outreach and negotiation.Maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.Operational Efficiency & Job Execution
Scheduling & Coordination : Monitor and manage the daily schedule of service jobs—handyman, plumbing, cleaning, etc.—to ensure efficiency.Work closely with service providers to confirm availability and allocate resources effectively.Gap-Filling & Issue Resolution
Identify unfilled or at-risk bookings and take swift action to secure coverage.Address last-minute cancellations or changes, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain customer satisfaction.Process Optimization
Suggest and implement improvements for job assignment and scheduling processes.Evaluate customer feedback and operational metrics to optimize procedures and service delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in cold calling or direct sales, ideally in a fast-moving environment.Previous operational / scheduling coordination experience is a plus, especially in a service-focused setting.Preferred Skills
Fluency in Spanish is optional but preferred.Outstanding verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to balance sales and operations tasks remotely.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems is advantageous.Career Benefits
