Senior / Junior Course Consultant

Responsibilities

• Contact, engage and sell to parents / students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
• Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
• Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
• Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
• Attend any marketing events when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
