We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as a Client Service & Social Media Manager. What You'll Do :

• Client Relationship Management :  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution :  Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and monitor performance across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Content Collaboration :  Work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure social media content aligns with client objectives and brand voice.
• Reporting & Analysis :  Monitor social media trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Problem Solving :  Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
