Technical Sales Manager

Our esteemed client, a leading fertilizer company, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Gujarati and have extensive experience working in the Gujarat market.

We are looking for a dynamic professional with :

A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields (M.Sc. or MBA preferred).

8 -20 years demand generation & agronomy experience in agri input (seeds horticulture, drip irrigation, nutrition or crop protection) with at least 2 to 3 years of prior crop nutrition experience.

Expertise in drip irrigation, fertigation techniques, and foliar application.

Excellent Agronomic knowledge of horticultural crops is key for these roles so this should be treated as the most valued technical competency.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and a local language.

Readiness for frequent travel and proficiency in MS Office tools.
