Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance and support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
