About the Role :

We’re looking for a strategic and creative social media professional to lead the brand’s digital presence. The role focuses on strategy, planning, and performance insights — crafting platform-specific campaigns that drive engagement, storytelling, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Plan and calendarize monthly / quarterly content with creative and marketing teams.
• Analyze platform insights, audience trends, and performance data to optimize strategy.
• Lead ideation for campaigns, brand moments, and collaborations.
• Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, PR, and design teams for integrated execution.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, new formats, and platform innovations.
