Job descriptionManage and mentor a team of process engineers and technical associates. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. Ensure timely execution of projects within budget and scope. Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with the Quality team to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Promote a safe working environment through training and audits. Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for process engineers and operators. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse process data to drive decisions. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management. Lead change initiatives related to process upgrades, new equipment, or technology integration. Ensure proper documentation and communication of changes across teams. Over 10 years of experience in the blade manufacturing industry and Minimum 5 years of experience in the process engineering department. Strong knowledge of glass fabric and process materials, including cutting and kitting, prefab, shell, finishing, tooling and material handling. Hands-on experience in change management and tooling processes. Proficient in lean manufacturing tools and methodologies. Skilled in problem-solving tools and their practical application.
